For the Divine Citadel’s interior, I sought to create a space that exuded power and grandeur. Through a series of thumbnail sketches, I played with various shapes and designs, emphasizing sharp angles and elegant flowing lines. This approach manifested in multiple elements, such as the intricately detailed throne, statues, pillars, banners, and lamp torches.
One aspect I focused on was the statues, which I envisioned as representations of the Triumvirate in their most idealized forms. Their insatiable ego and vanity demanded that all figures within the Citadel be dedicated to their likenesses. As a result, these statues were not mere decorations but colossal monuments, symbolizing their overwhelming sense of self-importance.
By infusing the Divine Citadel’s interior with these elements, I created a space that evoked a sense of awe and showcased the Triumvirate’s colossal egos, adding depth and visual impact to the world of Primals.
